1、 Overview

ZC-Q9350 adopts the principle of beta ray absorption, where the atomic nucleus releases beta particles during beta decay. Beta particle realityInternationally, it is a rapidly charged particle with strong penetration ability. The amount of beta rays absorbed by dust particles is proportional to their mass, and the mass concentration of dust can be calculated based on the amount of beta rays absorbed by dust particles. This method is not affected by particle size and color.

ZC-Q9350 has high measurement accuracy, good reliability, and can work continuously for a long time. It is suitable for monitoring atmospheric particulate matter in departments such as environmental protection, industrial parks, public places, and scientific research institutions.


2、 Characteristics

1. Adopting advanced beta ray absorption principle to directly measure the mass concentration of particulate matter, without being affected by factors such as particle composition, density, color, etc;

2. Using a low-density, low activity, and long half-life (5700 years) 14C source, the measurement is stable and does not require special protection, safe and reliable, and will not cause radioactive contamination;

3. Using a mass flow sensor to measure the sampling flow rate, while collecting atmospheric temperature and pressure for correction, to obtain the sampling flow rate under operating conditions;

4. Sampling and measurement are in the same channel, with a simple structure that avoids the reciprocating motion of the filter paper and eliminates the impact of return errors on the measurement results;

5. Choose a new type of environmentally friendly glass fiber filter paper, which has high strength and is not easy to break;

6. The platform motor and paper feeding motor are positioned using optocouplers, which have the characteristics of high repeat positioning accuracy, simple structure, and uniform and reliable paper feeding;

7. LCD display, capable of displaying information such as working condition concentration, standard condition concentration, historical data records, calibration records, alarm records, instrument status, etc;

8. Process records can store and display historical information of recent valid calibration or maintenance processes;

9. The instrument has a low failure rate during operation and requires minimal maintenance (except for normal replacement of paper tape, which is maintained every two months);

10. The instrument calibration cycle is long and can be checked once a year;

11. Adopting a user-friendly human-machine interface, it is very convenient to operate;

12. Equipped with RS-232/RS-485 interface, capable of data transmission and remote monitoring.
